Team Building
We welcome groups of 4 or more for our team building experience. Artwheel Pottery Studio has a few project ideas to choose from. Our studio is equipped with eight pottery wheels and offers both hand-building and pottery wheel projects.
Painting a handmade mug or bowl in our studio is another option. No experience is required to participate.
We can accommodate no larger than 12 people per group . Please email us with all questions, dates and times of interest. You are welcome to bring light snacks and BYOB for your event. This is truly a fun & enjoyable experience your team will be raving about!
Pottery Wheel Party for Adults
3 hours, $300 for up to 6 people. Includes firing and glazing. You will have an instructor that will demonstrate the basics of how to throw on the wheel. We have 8 wheels available. The pieces made with the wheel will be ready in 2-3 weeks
What you will learn : Hands-on experience that has been employed by ceramic artists & craftsmen for thousands of years. Demonstrations & hands on practice n how to make a cup, bowl, vase, etc… This introductory class offers you a solid overview. Materials, studio fee & clay included. Firing, glaze for an additional fee based on the number of pieces you decide to keep and fire and glaze
Hand/Slab Clay Building
2 hour, $300 for up to 6 people. You will be shown a variety of things you can build with clay. You can choose to build a beautiful bowl with lace, roses and other ornate accents, Includes 2 firings and glazing or you can choose to glaze your pieces the same day.
Class Cancellations/Refund Policy:
All classes public or private, Friday Date nights, Team Building, and Ceramics Open Studio are non-refundable, non transferable and maybe subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment a 48 hour notice is required and no charge. Less than 48 hours notice, we charge a $ 25 rescheduling fee.
